Having someone reliable, trustworthy and knowledgable taking care of your project is both vitally important and necessary for the project but also essential for your peace of mind. We manage every step of the process and as clients are often not personally in Zanzibar for large parts of the build, the comfort offered by knowing that your project and best interests are being looked after is priceless.
Through emails, phonecalls, weekly images and videos of the progress being made, you are regularly updated with the evolution of the project and we are always on hand to liaise, communicate and quality control every step of the way.

Our construction team is made up of a dedicated group of both a Zanzibari and Mainland Tanzanian work force under European management, experienced in both East African and Mediterranean style & construction.
